Data collected
The website processes Discord login data such as your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, server list, server permissions, OAuth access token, and OAuth refresh token while you are signed in.
For managed servers, the service stores Discord server IDs, names, icons, owner and member information, channel and role data, bot permission results, server configuration, activity logs, bot status, synchronization records, and dashboard actions.
The service stores configured Twitch channel identifiers, selected games, alert and clip settings, and tracking data needed to avoid duplicate posts. Live stream, clip, viewer, follower, game, and channel information may be requested from Twitch when required.
Technical error reports may include the time, signed-in Discord user ID, IP address, and browser error details.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, verify server access, synchronize the bot and website, manage settings, send alerts and clips, run test posts, check Discord permissions, create public server invites, display activity logs, and diagnose errors.
Public server listings
A server's name, icon, custom description, and invite link are public only when a server manager enables Public Server. Disabling it removes the server from the public list.
Storage and retention
Website data is stored in the website's MySQL database. The bot also keeps local server configuration and tracking files required for operation. Discord OAuth data is stored in the server-side login session. Configuration, logs, and tracking data may remain after the bot is removed until they are manually deleted.
Data sharing
Data is not sold. Information is sent to Discord and Twitch only as needed for login, server access, channel and role data, alerts, clips, invites, and stream checks. The hosting provider processes website and database data as part of hosting the service.
Removal
Removing the bot stops new bot actions for that server. Disable Public Server before removal if you want the public listing removed immediately. For deletion requests, use the Discord contact link in the footer.
Security
Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including HTTPS, server-side sessions, restricted configuration files, and authenticated bot synchronization. No online service can guarantee complete security.
